Our PI, Sandra Vieira, and our PhD student Bárbara Sousa were invited to the October edition of Neuro Meetups Bern (5 October 2022).
Sandra gave a general overview of our lab's work on several strategies to establish novel therapies for neuroregeneration. Bárbara presented some of her work on cosurface capacitive electrical stimulation and its impact on neuritogenic signalling.
Our PhD student Maria Ribeiro da Cunha attended the 61st ISCoS Annual Scientific Meeting, from 15-18 September 2022 in Vancouver, Canada.
In this Annual Meeting of the International Spinal Cord Society she presented her work on SCI rehabilitation, neurogenic bowel dysfunction and gut microbiome.
Other two poster communications from our group were presented virtually by our PhD student Bárbara Sousa and our former MSc students Beatriz Ribeiro and Bruna Cruz.
Last week our PI, Sandra Vieira, and our PhD students PatrÃcia Correia and Bárbara Sousa attended the FENS Forum 2022 in Paris.
